How Gambling AI News handles reader data: anonymous page analytics, newsletter signups and advertising measurement.
What we collect
We record anonymous page views to understand which coverage is read. Each record contains the page path, section, article, referring site and a random session identifier stored in your browser for the duration of your visit. We do not collect names, accounts or precise location, and we do not sell reader data.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to The AI Brief, we store the email address and optional name you submit so we can send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time from any issue.
Advertising measurement
When an advertising banner or promotion is displayed, clicked or dismissed we record that event together with the page and your session identifier so advertisers receive aggregate campaign reporting. Advertisers do not receive personally identifying information.
Storage in your browser
We use session and local storage to remember your session identifier and which promotions you have already seen or dismissed. Clearing your browser storage resets this.
Third-party links
Advertising and cited sources link to external websites that operate under their own privacy policies.
